Our Mission
Encourage women and girls to form an intimate connection with Christ through prayer and Bible study, empower them to identify their God ordained purpose, and equip them to serve boldly in areas of leadership within their Church and community

Every woman will demonstrate God’s love through service for each other, the church, and the community
Our Story
Women’s ministry began long before the Adventist movement. Some say women’s ministry began with Esther and her purpose to fulfill a task to save her people, while others say women’s ministry began with Sarah. But as for today, Northeastern Conference Women’s Ministry continues.
Women’s ministry goes far beyond special days at church and the recognition of women’s month in March. It is about teaching young woman how to lead in the church, home and community. We are an ordained group of women set out to embed the laws and vision Christ has for women’s roles in the church, home and community.
What we Do: From conferences to district meetings and annual calendars, we are filled to capacity but still find ways to do more. Our motto is to serve, so in short we serve. From soup kitchens to prison visits. We go around to conference churches and present workshops to help other women in the church find their roles to play.
